The Children’s Heart Federation introduces new CEO


The Children’s Heart Federation (CHF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Rajwant Kaur Singh as Chief Executive Officer. Rajwant joins us following several leadership roles in the charity sector including education and culture. Rajwant has already made connections with partner charities and affiliates, attended conferences, visited cardiac care units, and importantly meeting with children, families, carers, and those with lived experience of heart conditions across the country. Rajwant commented on her new appointment.

“It is an honour to be joining CHF. I am looking forward to dedicating my experience in the charity sector and contributing with new perspectives to enrich the lives of the children, families, and carers that CHF supports. I, will through work with our partners, get involved in campaigns, and research projects to create vital change to make a lasting difference for children living with congenital and acquired heart disease.”

Julie Wootton, chair of trustees for CHF welcomed Rajwant to her new role with CHF.

“We are delighted to welcome Rajwant to our team. We are very excited that she will bring fresh ideas and innovation to the endeavours of CHF with her experience of a different but in many ways overlapping world of work.”
