Expansion in Birmingham for GSF Car Parts

A distributor of car parts has opened a new branch in Birmingham.

The 10,000 sq ft hub in Armoury Road, Small Heath, is run by GSF Car Parts and has a fleet of five vans, two bikes and two electric Tuk Tuk-style bikes.

The Sutton Coldfield-based company said the location was chosen due to its proximity to the city centre, speeding up delivery times to clients, along with offering a click-and-collect service for retail customers.

The launch follows similar new ventures in West Sussex and North London, bringing the company’s portfolio of sites to around 190 branches and 3,000 team members nationwide.

It also comes after the announcement of a brand-new, 500,000 sq ft national distribution centre in Wolverhampton last month.

Chief executive Steve Horne said: “We’re pleased to welcome the Birmingham East branch to the GSF network.

“The opening of these new branches demonstrates our ongoing investment in ensuring that our customers have easy access to the car parts they need, no matter where they are in the country.

“Birmingham, Crawley and Southgate are all key locations for us and we are excited to bring our exceptional service and extensive product range to these areas.”
