Eighty two more homes have been put up for sale at a popular new housing development in Staffordshire.
Persimmon Homes has launched the third phase of properties at the Udall Grange development on Eccleshall Road, in Stone.
The new homes join the existing 264 properties which were built at the site during phases one and two.
Work started on phase three in February this year – and the first homes are now available to purchase.
David Greengrass, sales director designate for Persimmon Homes West Midlands, said: “This site launched four years ago, and we’ve seen consistently strong sales ever since.
“We’re delighted to be able to release the first phase three homes onto the market, which is a huge boost from house hunters in Stone. We’ve seen the demand is high in this area after the success of phase one and two, so we’re expecting these properties to sell very quickly indeed.”
Persimmon is building a total of 478 houses at Udall Grange.
Phase three will see a mix of three, four and five-bedroom homes built at the site – with prices starting at £271,950.
David added: “We have something for everyone, from first-time buyers making that exciting step onto the property ladder, to professionals, downsizers and families.”
