North East architects and interior designer Studio Anyo has won a six-figure contract to work on the next phase of a £20m cinema and leisure complex development in County Durham.
The Stockton practice will provide a package of architecture services for Stage 5 of the multimillion-pound development scheme at the Fieldon Bridge Retail Park in Bishop Auckland for Fieldon Bridge Developments.
The developer is leading the 150,000 sqft retail and leisure park on the 14-acre site on the east side of the current Tindale retail park.

Studio Anyo has already completed work on earlier elements of the project including securing planning permission and detailed architectural design.
It is now set to complete the design of onsite works as the next phase of development gets under way, carrying out technical design alongside the principal contractor and wider design team.
The move comes as Studio Anyo continues to pursue ambitious growth and development, eyeing further success after a buoyant start to 2022.
Growth has come from an increasing volume of work for regional and national clients.
The studio employs 18 people across its two studios and is targeting £5m turnover as part of a three-year development strategy.
Studio Anyo director Craig Kipling, said: “We continue to go from strength-to-strength with more work for the same client. This along with other work reflects our ability to take a strategic view of major property investment plans from an architectural perspective while delivering high quality work for clients.
“We continue to grow our commercial offering and this latest success comes as we expect to achieve further growth in 2022 on the back of new work in the region and across the UK.”
Christopher Dacre, owner and CEO at Fieldon Bridge Developments, said: “Studio Anyo continues to be an important partner for us, adding value to our operations and providing critical sector insight, experience and expertise in multi-million-pound architecture-led design and development work.”
