A nationwide business which provides care for people in their own homes has opened in Hull.
Helping Hands Homecare launches with three staff at The Deep Business Centre as it assembles a team of carers to operate across the Hull area.
The Warwickshire-headquartered business was established in 1989 and now employs more than 6,000 people across England and Wales.

The city office is set up to build on the success of the Beverley branch where a team of four manage about 30 care workers.
Joanne Wood, manager, said: “We offer a premium care service and Beverley is quite a distance from some parts of Hull so we saw The Deep as a good location which will enable us to reach a wider area.
“We have opened our Hull branch with three employees, and we will be recruiting more care workers to join our team. The numbers in Beverley are growing all the time so we certainly have the potential to expand in Hull and we’re in the right premises for that – a central location with space to grow into.
“Our services include personal and domestic care and they are in demand from various people – not all of them have health problems, some just want some company or a companion for hospital visits or shopping trips.”
Freya Cross, head of business and corporate at The Deep, said: “Over the years we have built up an excellent track record for helping businesses expand and we’re confident we can do that with Helping Hands Homecare.”
