The NottinghamshireLive Business Awards are underway for 2021 – and after a period of judging, this year’s finalists have been decided. The awards, in association with Champions (UK) PLC, will be held on October 14 – for more information, visit the official website.

Over the last 12 months, businesses and individuals across Nottinghamshire have achieved incredible things, often in the face of serious challenges. The coronavirus pandemic put many businesses at a disadvantage, forcing them to operate under new constraints or at times close up shop altogether.

Nonetheless, the businesses, entrepreneurs and employees of Nottinghamshire persevered – adapting to a new economic landscape and ensuring that the quality of their work didn’t suffer. This ability to endure and adapt is part of what makes Nottinghamshire’s industry so amazing, and the awards celebrate the businesses and individuals that managed to shine over the last year.

The Customer Service Excellence Award – sponsored by Shredall SDS Group – recognises businesses that put customers at the center of everything they do, satisfying clients and winning loyal custom with impeccable service.

The NottinghamshireLive Business Awards will be held on October 14, at the East Midlands Conference Centre. The awards will celebrate the best of business across Nottinghamshire – for more information, visit nottinghampostbusinessawards.co.uk. n

This year’s Customer Service Excellence sponsor is Shredall – based in Nottingham, Shredall provides secure storage, scanning, and shredding for documents.
