Go Cornwall Bus started in 2015, delivering bus services in East Cornwall. After being awarded an eight-year contract by Transport for Cornwall, it has now expanded across the county.

The firm is also seeking a proactive, friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join its Customer Experience Team.

Based at the Newquay Travel Centre, you’ll be confident providing travel information to customers of Go Cornwall Bus, face to face and over the phone.

You’ll be happy helping vulnerable customers, dealing with complaints and problem-solving. You’ll also be confident reading timetables, advising on bus times and routes, and liaising with other departments to get the information customers need.

The role includes taking payments, using various computer systems and other reasonable duties and responsibilities, including the general cleanliness of the bus station and staff restroom.
