Its trading and outlook had been boosted by unprecedented levels of investment in UK studio space and content. The group said it continues to have strong order visibility for this financial year as well as a growing order book for 2023.

Facilities by ADF was established in 1992 and now has a fleet of over 500 trailers and vehicles.

It hires out its facilities to productions throughout the UK and Europe, with clients including Disney, Netflix, BBC, Sky, ITV and Cardiff-based television production firm Bad Wolf, for which it has supplied vehicles for productions His Dark Materials and Sex Education.

It has also worked on productions such as The Crown, Gangs of London and Peaky Blinders.

With an estimated 35% market share of providing facilities to the UK high-end television market, it has ambitions to grow to become a £100m revenue business.

It chief executive Marsden Proctor said: “I’m very pleased with the start we have made as a public company. We have an excellent customer base and a market backdrop which is seeing vast amounts of investment in the UK film and high-end television industry.

” As we deploy the funds raised at IPO (flotation), we will continue to execute our ambitious, yet highly achievable growth strategy.”
